B. Des. Communication programme is a four-year (eight semesters) professional graduate programme that emphasizes designing and advertising. The programme provides the students with national and international exposure in the field through a strong foundation on theoretical concepts and stressing on continuous professional practical work. Through thorough guidance, internships and field studies the programme aims to make the students industry-ready during the course period. The course is the amalgamation of software training, which aims to fulfil the industry requirements, and group work along with professional engagements to form the base of soft skills.

VaibhavRishi, a graduate from JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Hauz Khas village 2013 started working as an assistant with Couture, then got promoted as the head designer of the same. In 2017, he started his own label by the name of LUBIN.

He runs his own styling brand by the name of ‘hanger lifestyle’. He has worked as a stylist for many leading fashion and commercial brands like Reebok, Cantabil, Subway for their print campaigns.
