The Bachelor of Design in Fashion or B. Des in Fashion Design is a 3-year undergraduate program that focuses on the study of designing garments and accessories. By pursuing this course, students will learn about different patterns, designs, fabrics, materials, beads, and sequins. This course is best for individuals who have a knack for imagination, creativity, and aesthetics. This course aims to train and educate students who are keen to build a strong career in the field of fashion design. Pursuing a B. Des in fashion designing course not only develops skills like creativity and pragmatic design thinking but also offers perfect knowledge about the subject.
This course offers students a comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of fashion design such as textile science, merchandise marketing, computer and manual designing, pattern designing, etc. right from the very basic level. I am Hemlata, a fashion designer from JD Institute of Fashion Technology. JD Institute is a perfect platform for students planning to learn to design.
