I’m Tanishka Jain. I’ve always been passionate about Fashion. Ever since I was a child I knew what I wanted to do. I’ve always wanted to get in Fashion Industry and Modelling. And so many of my close ones knew about it too. Not because I told them but because they have always seen me as a Fashion person. I’ve always heard things like ‘You should be a model’ , ‘Are you into Fashion’ , ‘I like your style’ etc.
Yes, I LOVE STYLING! And I love creating new styles. I believe your style reflects your personality. Your clothes tell so much about you. It basically represents you. I love how we can express our thoughts through design.
I guess I got these fashion genes from my Father. He is also a fashion person. He did textile design after his college. So, my parents have always supported my dream and my passion.
I’ve always known about top fashion colleges, JD INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY was one of them. So, I just came and took admission here. And trust me, It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It literally gave wings to my dreams. All the faculties are so supportive here. Environment is so good and it has even given me an opportunity to walk as a model in a ‘Fashion Castle’.
So, after getting into JD, I’ve achieved my 1st step of both of my dreams i.e ‘To be a Model and To be a Fashion Stylist or Designer’.
This ride is so much fun and interesting. I am actually living my dream. I am so excited to explore so much more here and ready to get more and more exposure.
