The rapid growth of apartments, modular housing culture has contributed immensely to the developments of compact residential culture in the 21st century. Because of this reason the demand for modern multi-functional furniture design has increased. There is usually a certain necessity behind the decision to design an item of multifunctional furniture, some of them could be characterized as- lack of available space or limited resources to accommodate various different items of furniture.
