A veteran in the business of fashion and a Jediiian from the class of 1990, Rocky landed his first styling project with Akshay Kumar in 1992. Ever since, he has designed for over 350 films and worn by the likes of Beyoncé, Paris Hilton and the Pussycat Dolls.
A proclaimed luxury couture designer from the class of 1992 was accredited for taking Indian fashion to Hollywood circuits, with his glamorous and spectacular design. Always edgy and out-of-the-box, for his glam rock, statement outfit that has been worn by megastars like Beyonce, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez.
A name that spells inimitable style and versatility, her designs are global in their construction but defiantly Indian in their sensibility. The alumni of JD Institute from the class 1995 fosters an alternate fashion movement by embracing heritage hand-woven, organic textiles and natural dyes.
From the class of 1997, Ms Aanchal heads the Decor Division of Studio Us Design and is a decor columnist of HT city. Her designing of interiors reflects a very focused approach to contemporary living with a major focus on the integration of technology and décor. She is constantly innovating and bringing about design from a fresh perspective.

JD Fashion Awards is a platform where the young talent is seen judged and awarded. It is this platform on which the internationally renowned designers Rocky S, Gaurav Chabbra, Shane & Falguni Peacock were discovered and recognised. Brands like Harley Davidson, The Leela were awarded for their contribution in the fashion industry. The two-day glamorous event features not only the upcoming talent but also the masters of the trade with an audience of around 10,000.
